Hv Cable Testing & Commissioning

At SWJ Power Engineering we offer all types of HV cable testing from DC pressure test through to Sheath witness test for a new 11KV substation connection.We can also commission new substation installs prior to connection.

SAP Resource & Auditing of Distribution networks

At SWJ Power Engineering we can offer Senior Authorised Person's from 11KV up to 132 KV whether it's for a short or long term contract, we will look to accommodate your requirements where ever possible.

Aerial Drone Inspections & Surveys

At SWJ Power Engineering we can provide a safe and reliable drone inspection & survey service for utility assets including transmission and distribution power lines, substations, wind farms and solar farms. Our Inspection Services solution provides the expertise and knowledge needed to capture, analyse, and assess the condition of utility assets, including conductors, insulators, poles, towers and more. Our drones can capture pictures, videos and even Thermal imagery which will pick up Hot joints, cracked insulators and grounded conductors. In fault conditions we will save time and man power by deploying our drones to cover Km of patrol in minutes instead of hours.

Cable Identification

At SWJ Power Engineering we can help with identification of private HV & LV Cables allowing for safe removal of the underground cables.

Substation Installation

At SWJ Power Engineering we can assist with all aspects associated with a new substation installation from landing of the UDE, testing and connection of all cables and commissioning of the switch gear.
